Bidders must register before bidding and payment is due immediately upon close of the auction. Your card on file will be charged automatically at close of auction unless other payment arrangements have been submitted and approved. Allow at least 24 hours for approval. If for any reason your card on file is declined, it is your responsibility to make full payment within 24 hours of auction close. Buyer agrees to NO credit card chargebacks. YOU agree that such YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction.
Vehicle Paperwork:
A Storage Lien Packet/Certificate (VTR265 VSF) will be issued on the vehicle. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. . No changes to paperwork will be allowed. IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL TAX OFFICE BEFORE BIDDING ON VEHICLE.. SOME STATES WILL NOT TAKE PAPERWORK FROM TEXAS.
