Winning bidders will be contacted by email with their invoice and pick-up instructions following the completion of this auction. Please look for an email at the completion of the auction. This Keller Estate will be one for the Live Oak Auction record books with its vast amount of Sports Memorabilia and Sophisticated Decor. For our Sports Enthusiasts & Collectors here at LOA and out there in the bidding world, this estate of an Avid Sports Collector is sure to be remembered and talked about for years to come. With this auction, we are introducing one of the most impressive Sports Memorabilia Collections we have seen to date. Sports lovers stay tuned for Part 2 of this auction which will bring another huge amount of jaw-dropping, rare, and valuable pieces from the World of Sports Collecting.
If you are a Baseball Fan, we offer an especially large collection from names like Mickey Mantle, Pete Rose, and our own Texas Hero, Nolan Ryan. Bush I & II even make and appearance with memorabilia from the latter’s stint with the Rangers. Nolan Ryan pitched 7 no-hitters and they are all represented in this auction with commemorative collections and 1 of is Ranger’s Jerseys signed by the Nolan Ryan himself, and all 7 of the Catchers in these memorable games. Do we have that Mickey Mantle Card you have long sought after? Yes, and it is autographed, and we also have 2 autographed baseballs and 2 autographed pictures of Mickey Mantle. Willie Mays? Yes, Lot 8A has an autographed baseball that is Beckett Opinion Approved. Lot 93a has a baseball that was autographed by Mickey Mantle & Willie Mays, and a few others as well. Most of our Sports Memorabilia Items come with COA’s as noted in descriptions and pictured.
The other part auction includes the Sophisticated Decor, Collectibles, China, Housewares, and Holiday Decor that it takes to run an upscale estate. The estate includes impressively sized and notable decor pieces, like the LARGE Capodimonte Porcelain Flower Arrangement from Italy in Lot 18. It is hard to find such a fragile piece that is so large and so intact. The estate celebrated the holidays with a large collection of upscale Fall and Christmas Decor that can be found in this auction. Holiday and formal dinners were served on the most popular china pattern of all time, Royal Albert’s Old Country Roses. This quintessential pattern of the finest English Bone China has dainty pink and red roses with impressive and bold 22k gold trim. The pattern was introduced in 1962 and has been in the highest demand ever since.
