This is a living estate liquidation auction in FATE, TEXAS. The auction begins to close at 6pm on Thursday, June 13, 2024. 1. You will receive a Square invoice via email. Please pay prior to pickup unless you plan to pay cash. 2. Pick up will be ONE DAY ONLY-Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 9am to 2pm. Please contact us immediately if you need to make other arrangements. 3. Please bring LOADING HELP, BOXES, AND PACKING MATERIALS. If you have any questions, please TEXT Kevin at 8177070278. All items are as is where is. No refunds. NOTE: Your credit card will NOT be charged at close of auction. YOU WILL RECIEVE A SQUARE INVOICE VIA EMAIL TO BE PAID PRIOR TO PICK UP. If your items are not picked up during designated pick up times (and you have not made prior arrangements), you FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS which will be resold. NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS IS HARD WORK AND WE INTEND TO GET PAID FOR IT. We will ship items, but please read the shipping information. Pickup times are not flexible. If you need to make other arrangements for pickup or delivery, please contact us. There will be a storage fee if items are not picked up from Mt. Vernon in 5 days from end of auction. THE GOAT IS NOT A REAL GOAT. The winner of "The Goat" will take any and everything that is left over from this auction. This person will need to come on Saturday around 4PM and bring a trailer if necessary. EVERYTHING MUST GO!
