Join us as we help our clients relocate to the land of Palm Trees, Sunny Days and Toes In The Sand. This Estate is located in a beautiful 2 story home in Highland Village and filled with newer Ethan Allen furniture and more must have items! This will be a one day pickup only.
This is a two story home with some lots located upstairs. The drive way is steep and will require all items be brought down to the street. Please note the incline and stairs.
We will also require paper-shoes be worn for those collecting items in a carpeted area. Thank you.

WE WILL HAVE PROFESSIONAL MOVERS ON SITE to assist for a fee. They are here to take items out to your vehicle. You will be reponsible for tying and securing all items. They do not provide any materials. IF YOU DO ASK FOR HELP LOADING YOUR ITEMS FROM ONE OF THE WPF STAFF MEMBERS, PLEASE TIP ACCORDINGLY!
PACKING / WRAPPING: Tables will be available for winning bidders to use to pack their items. No wrapping, packing or boxes are supplied. This is a very tight space for parking plus the driveway has an EXTREME SLOPE Please keep to your time assigned for pickup and be patient.
Sales Tax Exempt? TEXAS BIDDERS ONLY You must send us a filled out and signed copy of your current Texas Resale Sales Tax Exemption Form before the bidding on the auction. Tax Exemption form must be verified on file VIA email info@wpfsales.com with WPF Auctions OR Texas Sales Tax WILL BE charged on winning bids.
PAYMENT: Credit Cards are processed IMMEDIATELY following the close of the auction. We DO NOT accept cash or checks. Winning bidders will receive an email the night of the auction closing with an invoice receipt, the link to schedule your pickup day and time and the address and our contact information. Email will be from info@wpfsales.com. If your credit card on file is not able to be processed immediately following the auction closing, we will try and reach you by phone and/or Email. Any titled vehicles, trailers, boats, motors, or other lots we choose will require a $1,000 payment via your credit card on file, immediately after the auction has closed. This is a non-refundable payment that applies to the purchase of the item(s). Bank to bank wire transfer is required for any additional monies owed (within 48 hours of the auction close).
**PLEASE NOTE: NEW OR RETURNING Bidders to WPF AUCTIONS may be subjected to a bank- to-bank wire transfer at WPF AUCTIONS discretion.
**NOTE: WE HAVE THE RIGHT at any time to Cancel your Invoice and offer unpaid or paid lots to the back-up bidders.
**NOTE: We have the right to dedicate certain lots as "Special" and will require additional registration processes before bidding is allowed.
SOFT CLOSE STYLE AUCTION This is a soft close style auction with lots closing every 15 seconds and each lot will extend an additional 3 minutes when last minute bids come in.

If you MAY HAVE WON and do not see the invoice in your email or junk mail, failure to reach out to us may cause you to forfeit your items with no refund. *We ask you read over all details, terms and conditions, pickup days and times as well as look at the descriptions and photos before bidding. All items are considered "used" unless noted Otherwise. Unless the description states tested and/or working, the item has not been tested. Any and all displays, easels, plastic tubs, risers and such used in photographing and staging are not part of the "Lot" unless noted as such (i.e., includes tub, easel or stand). As always, we are happy to answer questions if our detailed information does not provide you with the answers you need.
