The vehicles in sale are IMPOUNDED OR ABANDONED VEHICLES towed by United Tows. Owner/Leinholder were notified vehicle was not reclaimed. All vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS "with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Additional information may not be available except through personal inspection at item preview. It is up to bidder to preview. Any buyer refusing to pay for vehicles will be banned from bidding at any future auctions.
IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL TAX OFFICE BEFORE BIDDING ON VEHICLE.. SOME STATES WILL NOT TAKE PAPERWORK FROM TEXAS.
PLEASE BE AWARE SOME VEHICLES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BATTERIES. IF THERE IS A KEY WE LIST IT. BUT THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED. KEY MAY OR MAY NOT WORK ON THE VEHICLE.. ALL INFO WE HAVE ON VEHICLE IS LISTED. ANY ADDITONAL INFORMATION PLEASE PREVIEW VEHICLE.
Payment is due immediately upon close of the auction. Your card on file will be charged automatically at close of auction unless other payment arrangements have been submitted and approved. Allow at least 24 hours for approval. If for any reason your card on file is declined, it is your responsibility to make full payment within 24 hours of auction close. Buyer agrees to NO credit card chargebacks. YOU agree YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction.
Vehicle Paperwork:
Storage Lien Packet/Certificate (VTR265 VSF) or a title may be issued on the vehicle. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. . No changes to paperwork will be allowed.
PAPERWORK WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU PICK VEHICLE UP AT UNITED TOWS. PRESENT PAID IN FULL INVOICE AND VALID PHOTO ID.
