Most of these items are Amazon returns and overstock. Most items we get are returns many are new and undelivered. We do get used items as well. We get truckloads break down the pallets and pass on the savings to our customers. We list what we see if the item can be easily plugged in we will plug it in and test that it powers on, it will be noted in each lot if we tested it and it did power on or not. We are usually only making visual observations of what we see in the box. Some items may have scuffs, scratches, dents, etc., and/or be missing parts.
