WEDNESDAY October 10th thru MONDAY October 29th when the auction will close at 1:00 p.m.

There will be 10% buyer's premium added to winning bid which will become the purchase price of the real estate. 5% earnest money will be due by 5:00 p.m. the day the sale ends. This will be deposited and held in RBD escrow account and will be made available to title company at closing. IMPORTANT: You will be contacted by Broker of record immediately after winning bid and close of auction the execute the Earnest Money Contract. Required Earnest Money to be 5% of total purchase price. Additionally, on properties that do not meet the reserve, SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT to accept the highest bid placed with 72 hours of auction closing. Your highest bid is considered a good faith offer to purchase property for that amount for 72 hour period after closing of bidding.
