After shipping is determined you will receive an invoice. If the invoice is not paid in 7 days items are considered abandoned. Pick-Up Requirements Winning bidders must bring their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items. For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping. Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility. The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up. Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required.
