This is an offsite estate online auction. Address will be supplied on invoice. All items are sold as is where is. Lot 1 will start closing on Wednesday 5/08/2024 at 7pm Central Time Zone. If you have any questions about the items please ask before bidding. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and tax will apply unless we have a proper tax form. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file in HiBid at the time of registration. If your credit card is declined at the time of invoicing, there will be a $15 processing fee added to the invoice. Please make sure to contact us before the closing of the auction if you need to use another credit card or make other payment arrangements. Invoicing is processed on the night after auction closes or first thing the morning after auction closing. Pick up dates and times for this auction are as follows: Friday 5/10/24 - 9am to 2pm Saturday 5/11/24 - 9am to 2pm Any items not picked up will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit unless we are contacted by the buyer. Shipping will be available if unable to pick up. If you do not pick up or do not want to have the item(s) shipped, the items will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit. All items for out of state buyers will automatically be taken to our shipping department for processing. Shipping can take 5 to 7 working days to be completed and shipped out of the warehouse. A $5 per line handling fee will apply along with the shipping cost of items purchased. If you are unsure about an item being shipped, please inquire before bidding. There will be two separate charges made to your credit card. First charge will be for the items invoiced as soon as the auction has completed. Second charge will be for the shipping and handling. Please bring help to load any heavy items and any packing material needed for items that need packing. We will try to help as much as possible, but may be helping another buyer at that time. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.

You'll find bicycles, a pool table, dart board, camping equpment, arcade games, Wii & XBox 360 consoles, Hoop Ball, Air Hockey, martial arts equipment, table top poker table and case of chips. And a sled. (We were a little surprised by the sled.) Also, we were not surprised to find so many items related to the patio/back yard life. Including the wood for a deck, garden tools, patio sets and chairs and yard art. And in this pet friendly home we also found some other interesting items including a cat litter box that can be connected to your toilet's plumbing. A five foot tall bird cage.
