Binding Agreement: By registering, you agree to enter into a legal and binding agreement to purchase any items if you are the highest bidder. 1.5. Auctioneer’s Discretion: The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration or bid at any time. 2. Auction Terms 2.1. No Guarantees: The auctioneer makes no warranties regarding the condition, authenticity, or value of any items offered in the auction. 7.3. Indemnification: By participating in the auction, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer, and HiBid from any claims or liabilities arising from the auction. 8. Reserve Price 8.1. Reserve Price: Some items may have a confidential reserve price, which is the minimum acceptable bid. 8.2. Confidentiality: The reserve price will not be disclosed. 8.3. Withdrawal of Items: If the reserve price is not met, the auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw the item from the auction. 9. Dispute Resolution 9.1. Governing Law: Any disputes arising from this auction will be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Jurisdiction is solely in Dallas, Texas 9.2.
