1. All items are as-is, where-is. High Plans Auctioneers makes no warrantee or guarantee on any item's condition to include age, quantity, size or functionality. All quantity/size/condition estimates or claims are made by the owner and High Plains is not responsible for their accuracy.
2. Bidders are responsible for their items once the hammer has closed on the item. High Plains Auctioneeers is not responsible for damage to the item or theft of the item after that point.
3. All items must be paid for the day of the auction before the item is removed from the auction site.
4. Vehicle titles will be mailed to the buyer within 2 weeks unless additional time for check clearance or unless additional time is required for lien release paperwork to be accomplished.
5. Assistance with loading may be provided by High Plains Auctioneers as a courtesy to our customers. We cannot guarantee this service and we are not responsible for items damaged in the loading process.
6. State and local taxes will be added to the total purchase price where it applies.
7. A 5% buyer's premium applies to our auctions.
