All items in this auction are sold “AS-IS” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. If you register and bid in our auction, you agree that you have reviewed all photos and understand that you are purchasing a used, flawed item. While we do our best to take plenty of photographs, it is not possible to capture every single flaw. We do clean all of our items but sometimes it is not possible to remove every stain/dirt and they still contain other flaws. Most flaws are minor, but they are present. Flaws MAY include but are not limited to stains, rubs, discolorations, odors, scratches, stickiness, cracks, peeling, missing/broken/loose hardware. Please do not bid in our auction if you do not accept this. We do not accept returns for any reason. Chargebacks are not allowed. Our luxury items come shipped with a certificate of authenticity, so you can bid with confidence in that respect. Won items will be added to buyer’s settlement immediately after auction end and emailed to buyer. Payment for goods won is due upon receipt of settlement to seller’s PayPal business account. Items not paid within 3 calendar days will result in cancellation of entire order and buyer will be reported to HiBid as non-payment. This will cause buyer to have a negative HiBid reputation which is visible to all sellers. This is a shipping only auction.
