No items may be removed until payment is made in full. 4. Non-Paying Bidders: Any High Bidder that fails to complete a transaction will be held responsible for all damages resulting from that action. High Bidder understands and agrees that they will be personally responsible for all deficiencies - and all legal, collection, transportation, and storage expenses - associated with their delinquent account. 5. Buyer's Premium: A 15% Buyers' Premium will be added to each item purchased and paid for in the same manner outlined above. An 20% buyer's premium will be charged on payments made by credit card. Texas Sales Tax will be charged unless the buyer has provided a signed Sales Tax Resale Certificate or Exemption Certificate for this auction. Removal is by appointment. If you cannot remove your purchases on these dates, do not bid. Seller will assist in loading but is not responsible for any damage while doing so. For lighter items, buyers must bring whatever equipment (especially dollies) and personnel that they need for removal. 7 Shipping: Items that state "No shipping on this item" means exactly that! WE PREFER THAT YOU PICK UP IN PERSON AND PAY IN PERSON TO AVOID SHIPPING CHARGES AND CREDIT CARD FEES! We will, however, offer shipping on smaller items. There will be a $10 per lot charged for material and handling plus the actual postage / shipping charge. We prefer to use USPS priority when available. You will need to notify us if you wish to have your item insured. Auction Company and staff are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. What this means, is if there is a lot containing 5 knives and it says "X5 on your bid", you are bidding so much for each item in that lot.
