Estate & Garage Sale Items from the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks Neighborhood. Items come from places & people in various conditions, please ask if you'd like more pics or details. In-Person Previews are encouraged. Lots include but not limited to: Art, Glass, Mirrors, Oddities & Treasures, Collectibles, General Decluttering or Downsizing, Small Furniture, Kitchen/Home/Decor Items, Antiques/Vintage, Electronics, Arts & Crafts projects, Clothing, Shoes, & Accessories
All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties. Bidder is aware that items may currently be for sale on other platforms. A lot may be sold before the closing date and will be deleted from the current auction. Invoices will be sent the next morning, with the address for pick-up. Payment will NOT be proccessed until pick up. Buyer is responsible for timely removal of items. Any items not picked up shall revert back to the seller. Buyer's Premium will be charged at a rate of 15% for each item. ($1 Minimum) Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items. Must be 18 years or older to register. Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be added to your total. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges.
