15% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 9.75% TN Sales Tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waived by providing resale certificate.
All items are absolute. After the starting bid, items will sell to the highest bidder.
Your card on file will be charged only for won purchases unless you inform us you will be a cash only buyer. If you wish to be approved as a cash buyer, please notify us before bidding.
Pick ups must be made within the designated pick-up dates and times. Items cannot be placed on hold and is subject to restock without refund. Super Buys reserves the right to deny any late pickups.
You may send someone other than yourself to pick-up your won items.
You may provide a valid resale certificate to have the sales tax removed. No resale certificate is required to bid.
We do test and validate items we sell to the best of our ability. Our customers are our number one priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional bidding experience.
Any item that is in non-working condition, defective or damaged can be returned for a refund within 3 days of receipt.
