The One Call Auction nor consignor/seller will in any way, be responsible for any damages or injuries while providing a lift, any tools, equipment and/or loading services, the lift and loading is provided as a service to the buyers where available and buyer will release and hold harmless any injuries or damages to property or person that may occur due to the use of the lift or any tool, equipment or loading service. Removal is fully at the buyer's expense and responsibility. The One Call Auction nor consignor/seller will in no way be liable for any damage in loading, shipping or removal of items.

Pickup is on Monday (12-16-2024) from 9:00am-5:00pm CST at 2151 Denton Avenue, Cookeville, TN 38501. Please text/call Dylan at 865-898-7993 for pickup appointment or to make other arrangements. If you DO NOT make other arrangements or pick up your items they will be FORFEITED! No items may be removed until ALL items are PAID IN FULL.
We use the 'soft close' function for our online auctions. The lots start to close in consecutive order every 15 seconds starting at 5pm CST!
