This is a Live Simultaneous Auction, offering both in-person and online bidding options. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the contract sale price. The winning bidder must enter into a Contract to Purchase immediately upon being declared the successful bidder by the auctioneer. Following the auction, the winning bidder will sign a purchase agreement. A 20% down payment of the final bid price is due on the day of the auction and is nonrefundable. Closing shall occur within 30 calendar days of the auction’s closing date. The sale is not contingent upon financing or inspections.
