There will be a 10% buyers premium added to each final bid to establish the total sale price of each lot. Bidding begins to close Nov. 21st at 10am - We will utilize a stagger & soft close method of closing this auction, meaning the auction will begin closing at 10am. A lot will close every 20 seconds starting with lot 1 and ending with the last lot. If a bid is placed on any lot in the last minute before it closes, the bidding window will be extended for another minute. Shipping is NOT available on any lots. If you plan to pay with a card, please let the auctioneer know before 5pm on Nov. 21st. Credit cards add 4% and must be processed by 5pm on Nov. 21st. We will accept cash or check at the pick up site. Pick up will be at 212 Kempville Hwy, Carthage, TN 37030, on Nov. 22nd from 7am to 4pm. If you are the winning bidder of a vehicle, possession will transfer with title when payment is received in full. If paying with a check, a bill of sale will be supplied, and title will not be relinquished until check clears. For other items, possession will transfer on the pick up day when payment is received in full. Heartland Real Estate & Auction and the seller furnish all auction items to buyers in "AS IS" condition: unsupported and without warranty of any kind. Bidders are responsible for ascertaining the condition of each item. All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are a matter of opinion. Information contained herein is believed to be correct but not guaranteed. When bidding closes, each sale is final with no contingencies of any kind. Successful bidders are required to pay for any lots they won regardless of any extenuating circumstances that may arise. Refunds or returns are not offered. This auction may or may not use different bidding increments at different intervals. The software will calculate the next bid amount and update accordingly. If purchases are not settled by the specified pick-up day (or an alternate date under auctioneer approved extenuating circumstances) they will be considered in default. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest bidder at the discretion of Heartland Real Estate & Auction. If item(s) are paid for yet not picked up by the buyer on scheduled pickup day, the items will be deemed abandoned and become the sole property of Heartland Real Estate & Auction. By bidding you agree to allow Heartland Real Estate & Auction to charge the credit card on file if you are the winner upon close of the auction. By bidding with our company, you accept that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Heartland Real Estate and Auction is not liable for any damages that occur due to any such malfunctions. Heartland Real Estate & Auction may: terminate or suspend access to any bidder for any reason, suspend bidding on any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time, or extend the bidding ending date & time for any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time. On-Line Auctions are a timed event and all bidding will close at a specified time. Our sales have an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed in the final (1) minute of an auction will automatically extend the auction’s ending (1) one minute from the time the bid was placed. Heartland Real Estate & Auction reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. Heartland Real Estate & Auction reserves the right to verify the identity of any bidder at any time. If a complete verification is not possible then Heartland Real Estate & Auction can reject the bidder and the bidding activity will be terminated.
