Lot # : 39 - Keg

1) All Sales Are Final: 1a) All items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties or guarantees. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item in its current condition, regardless of any faults or imperfections. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. 2) Buyer’s Premium: 2a) A buyer’s premium of 12% will be added to the final sale price of each item. This amount will be automatically included in the total purchase price. 3) Payment: 3a) The registered credit/debit card on file will be automatically charged within 24 hours after the auction ends. 3b) If paying with cash, you must select this option during registration. All payments must be completed prior to item pick-up or shipping. 3c) Failure to make payment may result in a ban from future auctions. 4) Item Pickup: 4a) Pickup dates are scheduled for Friday, October 25th (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and Saturday, October 26th (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM). 4b) Winning bidders must schedule a pickup appointment via the provided text/email link. 4c) Buyers are responsible for loading their purchases. Please bring necessary equipment and assistance for heavy items. 5) Shipping: 5a) Shipping is available for select items. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which will be invoiced separately. 5b) Check individual lot descriptions for shipping availability. Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after payment is received. 6) Bidding: 6a) Bidders are encouraged to use the Max Bid feature to avoid missing out on items due to last-second bidding. 6b) The auction follows a soft closing system: bids placed within the last 120 seconds of a lot’s closing will extend the bidding time by another 120 seconds. 7. Failure to Pick Up: 7a) If items are not picked up within the designated times and no alternative arrangements are made, the items may be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. 8) Technical Issues: 8a) The auctioneer is not responsible for any technical difficulties or interruptions during the auction. In the event of technical issues, the auctioneer reserves the right to extend or reschedule the auction. 9) Disputes: 9a) In the case of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer’s decision will be final. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at their discretion. 10) Additional Terms: 10a) The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, add, or modify any lot before or during the auction. 10b) By registering and placing a bid, the bidder agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by the auctioneer.
