Buyer will be charged for purchases whether picked up or not. BUYER TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR PICK UP. 15% Buyers premium will be added to final bid to determine final sales price. Any items not picked up during pick up time will be charged to buyer and disposed of at buyers expense. Minimun $25 haul-off fee will be charged for items not picked up.
