Auction will close at the Rate of 1 Items per ( 40 seconds). The closing time of each lot is subject to Triple E Sales internet bidding platforms auto-extend feature. If a bid is placed within the last Two Minutes of an item ending the Item will reset to a time of Two Minutes.

TERMS: By registering to bid you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this auction and that you agree to abide by all terms and conditions as stated below. If you want to bid in this online auction, you will first have to certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Such certification will function as your legal and binding electronic signature. If you choose to make this certification, these Terms and Conditions will become binding both on you and on the Auctioneer, and all parties will be expected to abide by the Terms and Conditions if any issues arise in connection with this sale.
All auction items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied. Descriptions of the auction items are believed to be correct and accurate and are provided in good faith but are matters of opinion and not guaranteed by the seller nor Triple E Sales. Bidders must rely solely on their own judgment as to condition, grade, authenticity and accuracy of descriptions prior to placing a bid. By placing a bid, purchasers acknowledge and agree to all terms of the auction and agree not to retract their bid. Bidders that cannot satisfy the terms of the auction should not bid. All auction purchases are considered to have been verified by the purchaser as to condition, grade and authenticity prior to the purchaser placing their winning bid.
BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY: Bidder must register to participate in the auction. Read the descriptions of each lot and view pictures carefully. If you have any questions, contact Triple E Sales. Using your knowledge and experience, form your own opinion of the Lot(s) and bid accordingly. If you are in doubt DO NOT BID. All items are sold “As-Is,” this is an Auction and All Sales are Final. Bids cannot be retracted and are a binding contract between Bidder and Auctioneer/Seller. Bidder is accountable to be informed about the item and associated costs before
BIDDING: All questions or disputes must be resolved immediately. No changes or adjustments will be made at a later date. Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen bidding. Auctioneer decisions will be final. Triple E Sales reserves the right to revoke any bidders rights to bid at any auctions & the right to change the terms and conditions without notice. All sales will be recorded. The record of the bidder number, the bid, and the amount shall be used as evidence of the sale, and all disagreements will be resolved with this record.
BUYERS PREMIUM: For buyers paying by cash, check or wire transfer a 12% Buyer’s Premium will be added to your bid price to determine the final sales price of the items purchased. For buyers paying by credit card an additional 3% Buyer’s Premium will be added to your bid price to determine the final sales price of the items purchased. TAXED on items that it applies to.
WARRANTIES: All items sold by or through Triple E Sales are sold “as is,” “where is,” without warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind including without limitation implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, condition (whether or not discoverable), usability, fitness for a particular purpose, or as to brand, identity or quality of the unit, materials, components, or workmanship.
Triple E Sales makes every effort to represent the assets/equipment to the best of our knowledge and makes no warranty or guarantee of the equipment. While every effort is made to convey verbal and written information, photos, and descriptions accurately, these are meant to be used only as guides. Triple E Sales representatives are not professional photographers. Photos may or may not depict all the good and bad aspects of items.
INSPECTION: Triple E Sales only reports hours and miles that are shown on the meter at the time of listing for auction and makes no guarantees that the miles/hours shown on meter are the actual miles/hours. Inspection of the item, its operational condition, and components prior to bidding, is the buyer’s responsibility. Triple E Sales is not responsible for statements, written or verbal, made by the seller. Buyer should carefully inspect the item prior to bidding. Failure to inspect the item is not grounds for dispute. Bidder is to use their due diligence prior to bidding, as no bids will be retracted. There is no refund for any reason. Buyer is fully aware there are no refunds and all sales are final.
PAYMENT: Paid in full day of auction (U.S. Funds) by Cash, Check with Bank Letter, or Wire Transfer. Payments can be made by credit card for Auction purchases; however, a 3% convenience fee will apply to credit/debit card payments. No items will be released to the buyer until payment is received in full by Triple E Sales.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, Triple E Sales reserves the right to process the card on file if items are not picked up by 6:00 PM on Scheduled Pickup Days. BUYER'S WHO DO NOT PICKUP ITEMS AND/OR PAY FOR ITEMS IN THE AUCTION WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BIDDING. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE AUCTIONEER IS NOT OBLIGATED TO ISSUE YOU A REFUND IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP AND SAFELY REMOVE YOUR ITEMS DURING THE PUBLISHED REMOVAL TIMES
REMOVAL: It is the buyer's responsibility to remove items purchased in auction. All Auctions are conducted onsite. Many Items are located upstairs in homes, outbuildings, barns, etc. when off-site. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items purchased including risks for loss from accident, theft, etc. All items must be removed by 6:00 PM on the pick-up date.
You agree that the pick-up, removal, and transportation of your items will be solely at your expense and at your risk. You further agree that you will be responsible for any damage that you and any of your agents cause during any preview or removal period, and also agree that the credit/debit card associated with your online account may be charged for any expenses incurred and/or repairs necessary as a result of any damage that you cause.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AND REMOVED ON SCHEDULED PICKUP DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS
- IF YOU CANNOT PICKUP ITEMS DURING SCHEDULED PICKUP DAYS/TIMES PLEASE DO NOT BID.
- IF YOU BID ON AND WIN ITEMS IN THE AUCTION AND CANNOT PICKUP, IT DOES NOT RELEASE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT.
- BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING ALL TOOLS AND NECESSARY EQUIPMENT, HELP, ETC. TO REMOVE THEIR ITEM(S).
ABANDONMENT: You understand and agree that any item(s) that you do not pick up during the published removal times will be considered abandoned. You understand and agree that you will not receive any refund in connection with any item that is considered abandoned, and that you will be charged a reasonable fee for the removal, and/or disposal of any such item.
DISCRETIONARY LATE REMOVAL POLICY: The Auctioneer may, in the Auctioneer’s sole and absolute discretion, allow you to remove an item that you have won at auction at a time beyond the published removal times in exchange for a late removal fee (the “Late Fee”). The Late Fee with respect to any given auction will equal $75 for the first hour during which the Auctioneer agrees to allow items to be removed late, and $40 for every additional hour during which the Auctioneer agrees to allow items to be removed late. For avoidance of doubt, the minimum Late Fee with respect to any given auction is $75, the Auctioneer is not required to allow the late removal of any item, and if the Auctioneer does allow for late removal, the Auctioneer is not required to allow for the late removal to continue for any given amount of time, and may set an end time for such late removal in the Auctioneer’s sole and absolute discretion. Any item not removed during the period during which the Auctioneer agrees to allow for late removal will be considered abandoned, pursuant to the terms of the foregoing paragraph.
SUSPENSION OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES: You understand and agree that any violation of these Terms and Conditions -- and/or any unsafe or illegal activity during any auction-related event -- may result in the Auctioneer suspending your online bidding privileges indefinitely. Any Bidder’s attempt to re-register after having been suspended – whether directly by creating a new account or indirectly by using or directing the use of a third party’s account – will constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may expose the Bidder to civil and criminal liability for fraud. The Auctioneer further reserves the right to refund the Bidder and eject any Bidder or agent thereof from any premises if the Bidder becomes disruptive. In the event such an ejection,
WEBSITE/ONLINE BIDDING: Triple E Sales is not responsible for corruptions or interruptions of the buyer's connection to the bidding platform during the auction. Buyer agrees to hold Triple E Sales harmless for any such interruptions or buyer’s inability to effectively use;

Once you are registered and have your Username and Password, you may place bids as soon as a lot opens for bidding. Your bids are FINAL and constitute a binding contract. Please be aware that lots may close at various times and may be extended. You are responsible for monitoring these close times. A maximum bid can be placed on items. A maximum bid is kept confidential, and the bidder authorizes the auctioneer to place bids on his/her behalf up to the amount of the maximum bid.
