If credit card is declined, you will be contacted for alternative payment before pick-up. IF UNABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS ON THIS DAY, DO NOT BID AS THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVE PICK UP DAYS. All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or representations expressed or implied. Buyer will be charged for purchases whether picked up or not. BUYER TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR PICK UP. 15% Buyers premium will be added to final bid to determine final sales price. Any items not picked up during pick up time will be charged to buyer and disposed of at buyers expense. Minimum $25 haul-off fee will be charged for items not picked up. Any items that are sold for $2,500 or more will be charged a $2,000 deposit to credit card on file with Hibid and balance will be due at pick-up payable by certified check or cashier check. Auction will have a 3 minute soft-close. Any bid in the final 3 minutes will extend bidding 3 minutes. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid or bidder. There will also be a 20 second stagger between closing lots. Auction company WILL NOT ship items from this auction.
