All merchandise offered as-is, where-is with no warranties written or implied. Each lot awarded to highest bidder at time of auction close. TN State Sales Tax Collected on all invoices when applicable. 15% Buyer's Premium added to final bid. Shipping offered on some lots. Handling fee of $5.00 charged per lot in addition to actual shipping costs. All shipping is completed with Copy-Pack-n-Ship located in Cookeville, TN. All questions should be sent to Auctioneer prior to end of sale.
