Absolute Firearm Auction! This auction is to sale the unqiue firearms, ammo, and optics of Mr. C's lifetime collection! All firearms are in working order unless orderwise noted in the description. All firearm will be located with the FFL Dealer at The Range in Jackson, TN. The Range 2310 North Highland Avenue Jackson, TN 38305 The Auction Company will be at the Range August 2nd, From 11am - 6:00pm. For any cash payments or local pick-up of Non- FFL Items. ***** Class 3 ***** Please read the Class 3 clause! Special Terms on Class 3 Items. (On 4 Different Lots)
Payment within 48 hours of auction end. All Payments must be made to Auction Company, before arrival to pick-up items. The Auction Company will collect all bid amounts. ( The Bid and the Buyer's Premium) The Range will collect the FFL Fees. Pickup Items: FFL Fees: $30 for the First Firearm then $10 for each additional item after that. Shipping to another FFL Dealer: FFL Shipping Fees: Fedex Rate / Ups Rate Per Item ( Then a $10 Packing Fee per package) $30 for the first Item then, $10 for each item after that. Class 3 Items: Flat $100 Fee for each Class 3 Item and then the government $200 tax fee This background check will be more in-depth and will take months to complete. Each bidder in responsible for their own State Requirement! All items are sold As-Is, Where -Is. No Refunds. If any issues, problems, or denials from back ground occurs the auction company will work with the bidders to resolve the situation.
