Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waived by providing resale certificate. All items are absolute. After the starting bid, items will sell to the highest bidder. Your card on file will be charged only for won purchases unless you inform us you will be a cash only buyer. If you wish to be approved as a cash buyer, please notify us before bidding. Pick ups must be made within the designated pick-up dates and times. Items cannot be placed on hold and is subject to restock without refund. Super Buys reserves the right to deny any late pickups. You may send someone other than yourself to pick-up your won items. You may provide a valid resale certificate to have the sales tax removed. No resale certificate is required to bid. We do test and validate items we sell to the best of our ability. Our customers are our number one priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional bidding experience. Any item that is in non-working condition, defective or damaged can be returned for a refund within 3 days of receipt.

Charles and Jon have another great auction for you through JD's Realty and Auction in the City of Oak Ridge. This house has some great items in a very clean house. Some nice furniture, signed artwork, collectibles, and lots of clothes. Lots 126-220 are in the basement and will have to be taken out a back door and around the house. There is no vehicular access to the back yard. Be sure to bring 2-wheelers, wagons, or anything else you may need to get them around front. NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate.
