Payments accepted must be cash or credit— Announcements made on the day of the auction or at the time of sale take precedence over any other advertising or representations. Some items may be subject to a reserve or minimum price. Rapid City SD Sales tax of 6.2% will be collected where applicable. By registering for this auction, the buyer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions. In the event of non-payment, the buyer agrees to reimburse 1889 Auctions or the seller for collection and court costs, including attorney fees. Interest will accrue on the unpaid balance at 21% annually. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the appropriate South Dakota court pursuant to South Dakota law.
