--As we are a FFL licensed dealer, All FFL Regulations will apply when purchasing firearms. ATF form 4473 will need to be completed and background check passed before you will be able to obtain your gun. Background checks will be ran on site at pickup. There will not be any additional charge for running background checks. Bring a photo ID. Out of state buyers will also need to abide by their state laws. Per our Shipping Policy, firearms can only be shipped to a FFL licensed dealer. For more information in regards to firearm purchases and shipping of firearms contact Cheri at 605-464-1198. You are not able to complete form 4473 prior to purchase according to FFL rules.
--Payment can be made at pickup by credit card (4% surcharge plus 4.2% sales tax on surcharge), check with photo ID, or cash. Payment is due by Sat Jan 18th at 4pm or balance will be automatically charged to your credit card you registered with regardless if you pickup or not.

All items are to be removed by Sat Jan 18 at 4pm. Items not picked up by Jan 31, 2025 become the property of the auction company if not picked up. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future.
--Shipping of firearms is available only to a licensed FFL dealer near your location. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packaging of firearms. Buyer will also be responsible for any fees charged by receiving FFL licensed dealer of whom your firearm was shipped to. Please call Cheri at 605-464-1198 for shipping information prior to purchase.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
