Due to the layout you will need to use patience when picking up and loading. Please be courteous and allow yourself enough time. You are responsible for loading your own items. We will show you where they are. Bring adequate help for loading heavy items. All items are to be removed by Friday, Oct 18th at 4pm. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company if other arrangements have not been made. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future. Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied.
