--Buyers Premium is 10%. NO SHIPPING --Payment can be made thru credit card (6% surcharge plus 6.2% sales tax on surcharge), check, or cash at pickup. Payment is due Friday, Oct 18th at 4pm or balance owing will be charged to your credit card you registered with. --Pickup location is Avon, SD. PICKUP TIME IS FRIDAY OCT 18TH FROM 1PM-4PM. Due to the layout you will need to use patience when picking up and loading. Please be courteous and allow yourself enough time. You are responsible for loading your own items. We will show you where they are. Bring adequate help for loading heavy items. All items are to be removed by Friday, Oct 18th at 4pm. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company if other arrangements have not been made. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future. Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. We cannot guarentee that when you come to pickup that your items will be there. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
