Payment: The credit card used for registration will be automatically charged for any winning bids at the conclusion of the auction. Declined Payment Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for any declined credit card transactions. This fee will be added to the final payment amount. Response Requirement: If your credit card is declined, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, you will be banned from participating in all future auctions hosted by South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC. 3. Auction Timing Auction End Date: The auction will begin to end on September 9, 2024, at 5:00 PM Central Time. Soft Close is used in our auction any bids within the last minute will be extended 60 seconds. Inspection: Inspection of items is by appointment only. Please contact us at 605-871-9926 to schedule an inspection. 4. Item Pickup Pickup Date and Time: The designated pickup window is September 10, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central Time. Pickup Arrangements: If you are unable to pick up your items during this time, we will store your items for you. Please notify us in advance to make these arrangements. 5. Shipping Shipping Availability: All lots offer shipping services. Shipping Costs: Most small to medium-sized lots will have shipping costs ranging from $15 to $30. Larger sets will have shipping costs ranging from $30 to $50. Shipping Timeline: Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time payment is cleared. 6.
