Do Not Bid on This Lot, Information Only: You must be 21 years of age and a resident of the State of South Dakota to purchase and receive in person any handguns, regardless of condition. All firearm purchases online for shipping will only be transferred through an FFL dealer in South Dakota to an FFL dealer in the state which you are a current resident of. Firearms must be paid in full for onsite pickup. No additional fees if possession is taken during scheduled settlement. If you purchase online and are unable to take possession of your firearm in person during scheduled settlement, your firearm will be transported to FFL dealer, Gun Vault LLC of Edgemont, SD and be subject to the following procedures: Firearms will be delivered to the Gun Vault within 2 business days of auction settlement. Firearms can be picked up in person with a copy of your paid in full receipt at the Gun Vault, 500 2nd Ave., Edgemont, SD during their business hours posted below. Handling fees apply. All firearm shipping will be handled by The Gun Vault of Edgemont South Dakota. Call or email the Gun Vault to arrange shipping for your firearm after the scheduled settlement and two business day delivery window. When you call or email, please be prepared to provide contact information for your receiving FFL dealer if shipping is required. Note: Any Receiving FFL dealer fees are solely the buyer's responsibility if shipping is required. Buyer responsible for all shipping & insurance expenses. Shipping & insurance is at cost through USPS and is in addition to the handling fee.

• By registering and accepting a bidder number online, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Maverick 13 Auctions. • When registering you will be required to provide your credit card number. Email invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of the auction close and will show the total purchase amount due, including taxes and buyer's premium. If shipping is desired, these costs will be calculated after packaging and charged in a separate transaction to your credit card on file and include a reasonable handling fee for materials & labor. • Bid increments: $2.50 to $47.50 increment is $2.50. $50.00 to $95.00 increment is $5.00. $100.00 to $240.00 increment is $10.00. $250.00 to $975.00 increment is $25.00. $1000.00 to $2450.00 is $50.00 and $2500.00 and above increments are $100.00. • This auction utilizes staggered and soft-close features. With “staggered close” lots do not close all at the same time; one lot will close every 20 seconds. You can follow the clock of each lot to know the scheduled closing time of any particular lot. “Soft close” is when a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last minute before a lot is scheduled to close, if this happens the time will be extended on that lot by 1 minute. This will continue until a full minute passes without a new bid on that lot. • Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. • Removal of items: the buyer is solely responsible for the removal of their purchases. All lots must be removed within the times noted online. Any lots not picked up or have not had other arrangements made by 5 days after the auction, forfeit ownership of the items to the consignor and may be re-sold. • Shipping: is available at the buyer’s expense, for smaller items marked “shipping available”. Wire Transfer of funds will be required before shipment on gold and coins, etc. at a threshold of our determination before shipping will be processed. Once your items are packaged, weighed, and measured we will charge these costs to the credit card you have on file with HiBid.
