Home must be moved by August 15th, 2024! Buyer is buying the Home in As-Is condition and the buyer will be responsible for all moving costs.
20% Down Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction. Balance due on or before July 15th, 2024. Home must be paid for before moving!
