Items are considered delivered when the USPS or UPS tracking data states the item has been delivered. We DO NOT issue refuds because you cannot find the item, or if someone steals your package, or the wind the blew it away, or for any other reason because you cannot place your hands on the item(s). Once tracking states your purchase has been delivered, all other delivery or receipt issues are out of our control. Contact UPS or the USPS for these issues and not us. * Non-local bidders will receive a payment invoice (shipping included) directly from our company for payment, We do not currently charge your card on file automatically. * All items are sold as is whereas no exceptions * All carat weights are estimates * Buyer's have 5 calendar days from tracking receipt to iniate a return. Refunds are issued once items are returned at the buyer's expense * All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged.
