We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
All property is sold "as-is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Property is open to thorough public inspection by appointment, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition etc. We have noted any obvious visiable damage. Linda Page's Estates and Auctions is not responsible for shipping, but shipping can be arranged at buyers expense, if you are going to need shipping you need to contact us before bidding so we can affirm the item can be shipped. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, auctioneer makes no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property, and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition, etc.
ALL SALES are subject to a 12% Buyer’s Premium that will be added to the high bid.
All buyers must pay sales tax at current rate of 9%, unless you have a retail sales license on file with us for your online buyer number. If you wish to add your resale license to your online bidder number, please email us a copy at Pagesauction@gmail.com 2 hours before the listed closing time of the auction. If you fail to bring it 2 hours before the listed closing time of the auction - no refund for tax will be given for this auction.
When you register we will verify your credit card BUT PAYMENT IS DUE UPON PICK-UP, OR WHEN SHIPPING IS ARRANGED. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Cash, and Approved Company and Personal Checks. Valid ID required.
