The auctioneer provides detailed descriptions and photographs, but it's the Bidder's Responsibility to Verify the Condition of the items. - Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax: A 13% Buyer's Premium is added to the high bid, and buyers are responsible for paying an 8% sales tax unless they have a retail sales license ON file. - Payment & Invoicing: A nonrefundable deposit up to $500 will be charged for items won, with the remaining balance due on pick-up day. - Item Removal: Buyers must remove items by the designated pick-up deadline.
