This initiative is a fun way for local artists and community members to share their talent with the city. There are 35 amazing trout in this collection. Each of Columbia, SC high schools and colleges received one fish to decorate and the rest have been painted by talented local artists. Standing 6 feet tall these pieces are very impressive.
