Item Inspection: All items are available for public inspection during designated dates and hours. Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax: All sales are subject to a 13% Buyer's Premium added to the high bid. Buyers must pay sales tax at the current rate of 4.75%, unless a retail sales license is on file. Resale tax license holders should email a copy to jthenry@sccoast.net. Payment & Invoicing: The credit card on file will be charged up to $500.00 for a nonrefundable deposit on auction items. The total invoice amount includes the bid price, buyer's premium, and applicable sales tax. Any remaining balance must be paid in full on pick-up day. Item Removal: After the auction, the auctioneer is not liable for damage, theft, breakage, etc. Items must be paid for in full before removal from the premises.
