WOW !!! A local entertainment venue has turned oFf the pin-setters, hung up their shoes, and put their balls away. After 13 years of service in, and to, the community of Charleston, "The Alley" has closed up. New owners will be demolishing the building, so nearly ALL items inside the space will be sold. Our current plan is to conduct (2) two auctions. The first sale will have the portable items: restaurant equipment & supplies, decore items, etc. The second sale will contain more of the 'attached' items: WALK-IN COOLERS, heating & air systems, BAR TOPS, stair cases, BOWLING LANES, exhaust hoods, and other attached items. We will offer VERY LIMITED shipping, but there will be EXTRA DAYS FOR PICK UP AND REMOVAL. POTENTIAL BUYERS OF EXHAUST HOODS, BOWLING LANES & EQUIPMENT, HVAC SYSTEMS MUST CONTACT HAY AUCTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING, TO DISCUSS REMOVAL PROCESS AND TIMEFRAME.
