Please read the following terms and conditions before bidding to familarize yourself with auction process:
*All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* There will be a 10% buyers premium for onine bidding
* We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. A 5% surcharge will be applied if paying with credit card. If you prefer to pick up your items you may also pay in cash or check before taking your items. No out of state checks accepted. If you prefer to pick up your items, please call 717-618-9727 to arrange a pick up time. Pick up times must be arranged before picking up your items. If you do not pick up your items within a reasonable amount of time you will be charged a storage fee determined by John Carl Auction Company.
Once you pay for your items please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. You must pay for your items within a week. Winning Bidders and Buyers will be responsible for paying all shipping, handling, postage, and insurance fees.
*Used caution when opening packages. John Carl Aucion Company will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. Any package that arrive less than satisfactory should be immediately reported to the carrier service used.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
