Description
8 mm Mauser, s/n C29995, rifle, brl length 24", bolt action, good plus condition, top of chamber marked "S/42/Mauser in banner/38" left side of receiver and barrel proof marked "sun/star in circle over "29"" with matching numbers on barrel and receiver, Chinese characters engraved right side of butt stock with finger groove foregrip, wood shows normal military wear having scattered indentations, adjustable rear sight graduated to 20 with serrated fixed front, bayonet lug, no visible import marks, bore shines, metal surfaces show losses of finish throughout 7-2-18
