.58 cal, muzzleloading rifle, s/n NSN, brl length 37", flintlock, good plus condition, modern reproduction long rifle using new and old components, half octagonal half round barrel with wedding band divide, barrel is newer replacement having mirror bright bore with brass blade front sight and fixed rear, full length stock with cheek rest showing scattered scratches and indentations throughout but mostly near butt end with loss at lock and crack left side at screw hole, brass butt plate, trigger guard, grip cap, 2 ramrod pipes and muzzle cap with ramrod, lock functions with hammer showing light surface rust as well as flash pan and barrel around touch holes
