Lead *Winchester, 1885 Low Wall,
Description
.22 long, rifle, s/n 30144, brl length 24" octagonal, falling block, good plus condition, Manufactured 1888 with #1 barrel. Receiver shows few light tool marks with areas of dark gray freckling throughout. Bore has shine with faintly visible rifling. Barrel has a light brown patina throughout showing a couple of light surface scratches and few tool marks between rear adjustable sight and receiver. Blade front sight. Smooth walnut straight grip stock showing few light indentations with a small hairline starting at tang running left side. Black tipped forend shows few light indentations.
