Lead Colt, Pre-Ban R6550 "Green Label" AR-15 A2 Gov't M
Description
.223 cal, s/n GS001349, rifle, brl length 20", semi-auto, new in box, Very rare example of a NIB "Green Label" slab side rifle. It is stated that there were fewer than 8,000 of these rifles made. Fully fenced magazine release button, fixed carry handle with A2 rear sight and flash suppressor. The forward assist is of the bullseye type, double slotted pivot pins, bayonet lug and brass deflector. Black synthetic fixed stock with checkered butt plate and storage door. Barrel is marked "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7" and being of military configuration. Factory barrel/muzzle cover and cardboard fiber rope inserted in barrel at factory as well. Rifle comes with original box, 2 Colt magazines, manual, cleaning kit, sling and original plastic bag "The Green Label" has fallen off in transport some time ago. Only wear present is a few light handling rubs. 7-16-17
