.38/c, revolver, s/n 63529, brl length 6", double action, good plus condition, "U.S./Army/MODEL/63/529" marked on butt of grip having a lanyard ring as well, "R.A.C." inspector mark left side top rear of grip frame as well as on cylinder and underside of barrel, left side barrel roll mark reads "COLT D.A. 38" with 2 line barrel address having MAR. 5.95 as last Patent date, bore has shine, all numbers matching, smooth walnut grip panels showing light wear right with small gouge lower left side, metal retains a lot of original blued finish showing scattered light scratches with most of losses on edges, traces of fire bluing still present on trigger, blade front sight shows very small tool marks
