.30-06 Sprg, s/n 1114678, rifle, brl length 24", bolt action, good plus condition, the Mark I 1903 was intended to be used in conjunction with the Pedersens Device having a special oval ejection port in the left side of the receiver, the barrel is marked "S.A./flaming bomb/5-20", the walnut straight grip stock has no visible markings other than a 250886 marked rear right side with only a few light scattered handling marks, the bore shines, the receiver has been lightly filed either side at barrel with the "D" in Springfield being removed, there is a very light brown patina on rear of barrel and front sides of receiver, folding adjustable rear sight with fixed front, other metal surfaces show little wear, green canvas sling 7-15-11
