.22 rf, rifle, s/n 16990, brl length 24" octagonal, rolling block, very good condition, Smooth walnut perch belly stock and Schnabel style forend showing only light surface scratches in a few area with a tiny loss both sides bottom at receiver. Majority of case colors present on receiver and butt plate, right side of receiver shows very light freckling in spots with left side roll mark last patent date of SEPT 9 1873. Bluing on barrel has patinated to brown showing some areas of light tool marks left side flat and on edges is a few spots with scattered light scratches. Nitre bluing vivid throughout top flat of adjustable rear sight. Adjustable tang mounted peep sight with folding ring front. Bore has been relined and is mirror bright.
