All property is sold "as is" neither The Archive Auction LLC nor the seller make any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made at any time, whether oral or written shall constitute such a warranty or representation. Descriptions of condition are not warranties. The description of the conditions of articles in damage or repairs, are provided as a service to interested persons and do not negate or modify the section entitiled Absence of Other Warranties. Any lot paid for but not removed from the premises within 30 days becomes the property of The Archive Auction LLC, and the bidder relinquishes all interest in the items as well as the money paid for those items. Money for paid items is retained to cover storage fees for those lot not removed from the facility.
