The balance will need to be paid with a wire transfer or certified bank check or cash. 4) Pick up of the car will be at the convenience of the owner and buyer. The vehicle is being sold as is. Both will be required to meet locally to transfer the title. 5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. Additional fees applied will be 15% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, The balance can be paid via cash, certified funds or bank check. Checks are to be made payable to our parent company Searchlight Auction. There are Categorically no charge backs.
