Once an item is called Sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all risk of loss or damage passes to them. 4.Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Bids on wood lots will be calculated at bid price times board feet, shown as the quantity. 7.No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid. 8.A properly stamped invoice, authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our check-out personnel in order that you may remove the items. Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention prior to removal from the property. 9.The auctioneers may remove items from the sale at their discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. 10.The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final.
