END OF AUCTION PRECEEDURES:
* If you are OUTSIDE A 50 MILE RADIUS OF DOVER, PA:We will automatically calculate shipping and charge the card on file with Hibid. Please make sure your info, including telephone number, credit card, and billing/shipping addresses, are up-to-date on HiBid. This is the info we will use to calculate your shipping and process your payment. If your billing address does not match the credit card on file with Hibid, it will decline the transaction. Please keep this in mind when updating your information.
We will only ship to the United States and Canada. PA Resellers must submit proof for exemption from PA Sales Tax via e-mail or in person.
You will receive a second e-mail with a PAID invoice (including shipping, handling, & insurance costs) once your credit card has been processed. This email will also include your package(s) TRACKING NUMBER.
* If you are WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF DOVER, PA:We will PULL YOUR ITEM(S) FOR PENDING PICK-UP and wait to hear from you. Please e-mail or call us to arrange payment, and let us know if you would like your item(s) shipped, or if you will be picking up. SALES TAX:The hammer price and buyer's premium are treated as the total purchase price and, therefore, is subject to a 6% (six percent) Pennsylvania State Sales Tax for all PA residents.
SHIPPING INFO:We ship in house. There is a $5 handling fee per box or per gun for all invoices that require shipping. We will calculate the cheapest option available and add insurance for item(s) that value over $50.
Excessively large or heavy items will not be shipped. If an item can not be shipped, we will make note in the lot description.We will ONLY ship to the United States & Canada.

THE FINE PRINT:
* 15% Buyers Fee for CASH & CHECK payments.
* 18% Buyers Fee for CREDIT CARD & PayPal payments.
* 6% PA Sales Tax will be charged for all PA residents.
* PA Resellers must submit proof for exemption from PA Sales Tax, via e-mail or in person.
* $5 will be charged per box that require shipping.
* Shipping insurance will be added to any item valuing over $50.

* All guns are sold "AS IS." There is no guarantee on functionality.
* Guns are described as best as possible.
* Items are received from consigners that may have pets and may be smokers, bidder inspection is highly encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* No allowance will be made, or sale cancelled, on account of any incorrectness, error in our cataloging, descriptions, or any imperfection not noted.
* No deduction will be allowed on damaged items, as all items being exposed for public exhibition are, and all property is, sold "AS IS" and with all faults.
* Top Gun Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Top Gun Auction reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen any online auction in the case of system failures.
* We reserve the right to defer to the next highest bidder for an item or items not paid for within 5 business days of an auction ending.
* Any items that have been paid for, but have not been picked up 30 days from original payment, will become the property of Top Gun Auction, and will no longer be available to the original purchaser.
